Ringhero is made by Solve Trend in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Canada. It exists because the person who answers the phone at a small business is usually the same person doing the work.
Why we built it
A plumber under a sink, a roofer on a ladder, and a property manager at two in the morning have the same problem. The phone rings and they cannot answer it.
Voicemail loses the caller. An answering service takes a message but does not know the business. A general-purpose AI assistant can sound fine until a caller says they smell gas.
So we built a receptionist around a playbook: what to ask, what counts as an emergency, what to say first when it is one, and what it may never promise.

Six things we will not compromise on
Honest with callers
Every greeting says it is an AI assistant. It answers truthfully when asked, and a caller can always ask for a person.
Fixed rules where safety matters
Emergency detection, required details, and business facts are rules and settings. Tone and phrasing are left to the voice model.
Never invent
No made-up prices, time slots, or policies. When it does not know, it says the team will confirm.
Inbound only
It answers calls and never places them. No robocalls and no cold outreach.
Careful with personal information
Caller details are treated as personal information, kept out of logs, and collected only when the call needs them.
Never drop a call
Out of minutes or a system problem: the receptionist still answers and takes a message.
