An active leak gets flagged. Estimates get captured.
When a storm hits, everyone calls at once. The receptionist answers all of them, flags water coming into a living space, and lines up the estimate requests.
Example calls
The three calls that matter
These are illustrations of how the template behaves. Your own wording, prices, and promises come from your profile and playbook.
Leak into a living space
- CallerWater is coming through the bedroom ceiling and it's still raining.
- AI receptionistI'm marking this as urgent and alerting the team now. What's the address, and is anyone near the wet area?
Marked urgent and sent to on-call
Storm damage
- CallerWe lost a bunch of shingles in the wind last night.
- AI receptionistI'll get that to the team. Is any water getting inside, or is it the shingles only so far?
Captured with address and damage description
Replacement estimate
- CallerCan you give me a price to redo my roof?
- AI receptionistThe team prices a full roof after an estimate visit, so I won't guess at a number. What's the address, and what day works for a visit?
Estimate request captured with a preferred window
Trades template
What it listens for, and what it collects
Reasons for calling it routes
- Active leak

- Replacement estimate
- Repair request
- Existing job status
- Billing question

Collected before it hangs up
- Name

Emergency triggers
What gets escalated
Triggers are fixed rules, checked through the whole call. When it is unsure, it treats the call as an emergency. You can add triggers of your own.
- Active leak into a living space
- Flagged as urgent and sent to your on-call contact straight away.
- Structural damage
- Flagged as urgent and sent to your on-call contact straight away.
- Water near electrical fixtures
- Flagged as urgent and sent to your on-call contact straight away.
Ringhero is not an emergency service. It gives the scripted line and alerts the contacts you name.
What it will never do
- Quote a price that is not in your profile
- Promise same-day service or an arrival time
- Tell a caller to go up on the roof
- Promise what an insurer will cover
- Take a card number over the phone
- End a call while an emergency is in progress
Roofing questions, answered
What happens when twenty people call after a storm?
Each call is answered on its own line. You get a summary for every one, with urgent calls flagged.
Will it quote a reroof over the phone?
Only if you have put a range in your profile. If your policy is no phone quotes, it says the price follows an estimate visit.
Can callers send photos?
The receptionist is a voice line, so it notes that the caller has photos and your team asks for them on the callback.
Hear it answer your business
Upload your price list to the demo and talk to it in under a minute, or set up Ringhero in about 15 minutes and call your own number.
