Industries · Salons and spas

Your hands are busy. The phone still gets answered.

Booking requests, price questions, and messages for a stylist are taken while you are with a client. Your team confirms every time.

Example calls

The three calls that matter

These are illustrations of how the template behaves. Your own wording, prices, and promises come from your profile and playbook.

  • Booking request

    1. CallerCan I get a cut and colour with Jamie next Saturday?
    2. AI receptionistI'll send that request to the salon and they'll confirm the time with you. Morning or afternoon, if Jamie has a choice?

Request captured with a preferred person

  • Price question

    1. CallerHow much is a full set of lash extensions?
    2. AI receptionistI can give you the range the salon has listed, and they confirm the final price at your visit. Would you like me to send in a booking request?

    Range given from the profile

  • Moving an appointment

    1. CallerI need to move my appointment tomorrow. Something came up.
    2. AI receptionistI'll let them know right away. What name is it under, and which days would work instead?

Message taken for the front desk

General receptionist template

What it listens for, and what it collects

  • Message for a staff member
  • Complaint
  • Talk to a person

Collected before it hangs up

Emergency triggers

What gets escalated

Triggers are fixed rules, checked through the whole call. When it is unsure, it treats the call as an emergency. You can add triggers of your own.

Someone hurt or unwell
The caller is told to call 911, and your on-call contact is alerted.
Fire or smoke
The caller is told to call 911, and your on-call contact is alerted.
Safety threat
The caller is told to call 911, and your on-call contact is alerted.

Ringhero is not an emergency service. It gives the scripted line and alerts the contacts you name.

What it will never do

  • Confirm an appointment time. Your team confirms it.
  • Quote a price that is not in your profile
  • Advise on skin, hair, or health conditions
  • Discuss another client
  • Take a card number over the phone

Salons and spas questions, answered

Does it work with my booking app?

Not yet. It captures the request and your team enters it. Calendar booking is on the roadmap.

Can callers ask for a specific stylist?

Yes. The preferred person is captured with the request.

What about my cancellation policy?

Put it in your profile and it will state the policy as written when a caller cancels.

Hear it answer your business

Upload your price list to the demo and talk to it in under a minute, or set up Ringhero in about 15 minutes and call your own number.
