Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
What does the Text-back plan do?
It covers missed calls only, with no AI phone calls. When you can't pick up, the caller gets a text within seconds and a short text conversation that takes down the job. You get the details by text and reply with one word. 75 conversations a month are included, and extra ones are $0.25 each.
What counts as a minute?
Talk time on calls the receptionist answers. Time your own phone spends ringing before the call forwards is not counted.
What happens when I use all my minutes?
On Receptionist and Pro, extra minutes are $0.25 each. The receptionist keeps answering. It never drops a call because of a limit.
What currency are prices in?
Canadian dollars, per month, before tax. Done-for-you packages from Solve Trend are in Canadian dollars too.
Are there per-seat or per-user fees?
No. Plans are priced by minutes and phone numbers.
Can I change plans?
Yes. The calculator on this page shows which plan costs least for your call volume, so you can move up or down as it changes.
How much is the CRM?
