Our subprocessors

These companies process information for us so that the service can run. Payment cards are never collected by voice, so no subprocessor receives them from a call.

Where processing happens
Information is processed and stored outside Canada, mostly in the United States. Voice processing uses providers based in the United States, including OpenAI, LiveKit, and telephone carriers.
We do not offer Canadian data residency and do not claim to.
Agreements
We accept each provider's data processing agreement where one is offered, and we offer a data processing agreement to every customer.

When a subprocessor is added or replaced, this page is updated and the date at the top changes.
